Margaret Williamson
Margaret Lucille Williamson, the daughter of Charles and Lucy (Stanek) Williams, was born on June 4, 1928, along with her twin, Mary, in Boise, Idaho. She was raised and educated in Eagle Grove, graduating in 1946.
On October 2, 1950, Margaret was united in marriage with Clarence Lee Williamson in Eagle Grove and they were blessed with six children. Born a town girl, Margaret became an amazing farm wife – milking cows twice a day and supporting her husband and family at all the many hog shows throughout the years. Clarence preceded her in death on January 18, 1981.
In the summer months, Margaret lived for mowing her lawn, enjoying her flowers, and riding her bike. She was a talented seamstress, loved feeding and watching her birds and was extremely fond of the color Red. Margaret was an avid baker, who shared her baking with family and friends.
Margaret passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020, at Rotary Senior Living in Eagle Grove, at the age of 92 years, leaving behind a loving family and good friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Mary Walkner.
Survivors include her children: Julie Wilson (Don), Pat Lohmeier (Randy), Russell Williamson (Sue), Raymond Williamson (Jane), Barb Jones (Mark) and Randy Williamson; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
