Kirk Wagner

Kirk E. Wagner, of Fort Dodge, IA, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Mercy Hospital, Des Moines, Iowa.

There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Kirk Eugene Wagner was born August 13, 1955. Son of Curtis and Joan (Larick) Wagner. He was a 1973 graduate of Eagle Grove High School.

Kirk had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation. Kirk was a natural at knowing everything about farming . It was his life for many years.

He is survived by a brother: John (Jan) Wagner of New Mexico; two sisters: Jana (Jim) Pitlik of Illinois and Kristy Wagner of Iowa. An Aunt: Marguerite (Larick) Donnelly of Colorado. Eight nieces and nephews. Several great nieces and nephews as well.
Kirk was preceded in death by his parents.

We want to thank the doctors and nurses who took good care of him during his illness. Special thanks to Greg Derscheid for being there as a friend.
