Wright County Fair Parade Grand Marshal

Leroy Jensen, a Clarion resident since 2000, has been a teacher, a farmer, and the Wright County Extension Education Director over the years, but he’s been a lifelong 4-Her. For that, he has been selected as this year’s Wright County Fair Parade Grand Marshal and also named the 2017 Wright County Hall of Pride inductee.

Jensen’s 4-H journey began when he was 10 years old (which was the youngest you could join back then). Showing hogs and market beef kept him busy, and it fueled his passion for 4-H and FFA.
