Roger D. Wingaard, 69, Eagle Grove, Roger passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the age of 69 years. Graveside services were held on Saturday at Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jason Cooper officiating. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
