Phyllis Halverson, 85, of Fort Dodge, died August 23, 2019 at Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Tompkins Celebration Center at Friendship Haven. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the Tompkins Celebration Center. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
