Lady Eagles take on Humboldt, Lake Mills

Last Monday night in an at-home game last Monday, the Eagle Grove girls varsity basketball team lost 51-38 to Humboldt of the North Central Conference. The score was knotted at 19-19 at the break.

Natalie Vrba finished with 25 points, with Kenzie Crail, Megan Sampson and Kaitlin Sampson all at three points each. Lea Friedl and Jordan Kastler both chipped in two points apiece. Vrba and Kastler grabbed eight rebounds each, with M. Sampson at four. K. Sampson and Crail got their hands on three caroms each and Hannah Sampson one.
