Get Ready For The PROMposal

Getting asked to Prom has long been the dream of many high school girls. For many young men, nerves built up as they dialed the phone (that was hung on or connected to a wall, so no privacy there) to ask their prospective date. If they had even more courage, perhaps they asked the girl in the hallway at school or after a sporting event. Once he got a “yes,” the planning began for the big evening.

My how the times have changed. Today, being asked to the prom is almost as exciting as going to the prom itself. The planning doesn’t just begin when they pick out a tux and make reservations for dinner. On the contrary. For many, boys AND girls, the planning for prom begins months before the big dance...by planning the PROMposal.
