Final Eagle volleyball stats show Vrba first in kills, Jeske first in digs

The Eagle Grove varsity volleyball team finished with a 1-26 overall record, and were 1-7 in Top of Iowa-West matches for eighth place. Lake Mills won the division at 8-0, followed by Forest City at 7-1 and North Union at 6-2.

The team had 799 successful serves out of 955 attempts in 71 total sets. That makes for an 83.7 team efficiency percentage for the year. There were 95 total aces for an average of 1.32 per set played. Sadie Stuhr was 165 out of 176 in serves for 93.8 percent. Kenzie Crail was 151 out of 197 for 76.6 percent. Laine Morgan was 136 out of 147 for 92.5 percent. Hannah Beecher was 111 out of 141 for 78.7 percent. Hallie Jeske was 100 out of 110 for 90.9 percent.

Natalie Vrba was 74 out of 101 for 73.3 percent. Hannah Huntley was 35 out of 44 for 79.5 percent. Michelle Mericle was 14 out of 19 for 73.7 percent. Malena Huse was six out of seven for 85.7 percent. Brittney Osborn was five out of 10 for 50.0 percent. Cali Schultz was two out of two for 100 percent.
