Ernst office gathering information and concerns from Wright County residents

Justin Jensen, Regional Director for Senator Joni Ernst’s office, was in Eagle Grove last week to talk with the public about issues that are on their mind. His mission is to collect this data and return it to the Senator so she can know what topics are important to the people of the state, even when she doesn’t have time to be traveling within the state herself.

A handful of people were there to talk about a variety of topics including respect for the President and Congress working together for the greater good, insurance and pre-existing conditions, gun control, term limits, Veteran issues, the possibility of eliminating the Democratic and Republic parties in an effort to achieve goals based on ideas rather than parties, electoral votes, ethanol wavers, and respect for human kind in general.

“I would like to see Congress do something...it’s getting to the point where anything would at least be something,” said Eagle Grove community member Mark Ketchum.
