Eagles lose to Bulldogs, Cardinals

Last Monday, January 21, the Eagles lost a 77-32 contest at Lake Mills in a game moved from Tuesday due to the weather.

The home team was up 46-22 at the break. Chase Mason poured in 17 points on 50 percent from the field and two treys. Jake Darland, Zach Burns and Caden Butler all managed four points apiece and Austin Purcell a trey for three total for the contest. Darland ripped down seven boards and Mason six, with Burns and Butler getting their mitts on three caroms each. Purcell finished with two rebounds, while Jensen Cooper, Desmond Weber and Olson all had one each.

Burns and Mason both dished out two assists each and Darland one, while Darland and Olson grabbed two steals each. “This was a tough one for us,” stated Eagle head coach Ryan Pedersen.
