Be an elf this holiday

Wouldn’t it be fun to be one of Santa’s helpers? You can be, right here in Eagle Grove. There are three ways you can be an Elf for a day.

Rotary Senior Living is once again inviting you to help them help the elderly in our community by participating in Elves for the Elderly. It is a program that delivers gifts, every day necessities, and a little festive cheer to homebound residents during the holiday season. How you can help - Be a “Purchasing Elf.”

Many items are needed in order to deliver these Christmas gifts to residents. You can purchase one or several items, whatever fits your budget. Items on the wish list include: shampoo, body wash, blankets, puzzles, game books, socks, slippers, mittens, scarves, hats, pens, notebooks, craft supplies, calendars, nonperishable snacks, magazines, large print books, and any other items you think an elderly person might enjoy.
