“Pop-Up Shop” coming to Third Thursdays

“Third Thursday” has become a monthly event in Eagle Grove filled with two extra hours of shopping, special promotions, special food or events....and they’re hoping soon, Pop-Up Shops.

We’ve all seen them in the malls...those fun little (sometimes big) unique displays that people set up selling specialty items that you just can’t walk past without taking a look. The items are always so alluring. Well who says you have to go to a mall to have that fun? Not anymore. Eagle Grove Chamber Director Sara Middleton is looking for people who want to display for a day what they have for sale.

“In order to incubate smaller retail businesses, the chamber has decided to start hosting pop-up shops during our Third Thursday events starting this Thursday,” said Eagle Grove Chamber Director Sara Middleton.

Tiara Paul, an Eagle Grove native, from Red Head Tribe Logos will be the first of what will hopefully be many Pop-up Shops to come. She will set up this Thursday from 1-7 p.m. in the chamber. Women can browse, try on, and buy new restocked items from the store and chat with Tiara about her boutique and also custom tee printing.
