“Meats the Team Night” this Thursday

Don’t forget, this Thursday night is your chance to rally together as a community to celebrate an exciting start to another Eagle Grove athletic school year.

The Eagle Grove High School football players, volleyball players, cross-country runners, cheerleaders, and the Golden Stars Drill Team, and the marching band will all be out on the street between Lewrights and the Eagle Grove Eagle Newspaper starting at 6 p.m. waiting to meet and greet all their fans.Ethan Bubeck of Lewrights, the Sports Bossters, and all the teams’ coaches are hoping the community will come out and support the athletes and musicians in full force.

The event kicks off Thursday, Aug. 16 at 6 p.m. with a freewill meal (pork burgers, chips, dessert and a drink). There will also be other great activities like a Rock Wall, face painting, 9-square, and lots more.
